Congrats on such a good score. However if we look at the last year cutoff, you can get 

1. BE Civil

2. BE Chemical

3. BE Manufacturing

These three had cutoff less than 300 last year. However you can check this year cutoffs which are supposed to remain nearly same.

BE Mechanical, BE Computers etc had a cutoff of more than 330+.

You can try in above three listed streams.
