Don't keep on waiting, be proactive and contact the concerned authority who can provide you more information about this and make a plan according to that. I hope it helps.

I tried to contact them but they are not receiving and answering my calls. I also mailed them but still no reply. It's really frustrating. What should I do now.

If it's not too far from your place then pay them a visit or can also file RTI in this regard, they will be bound to provide you the information.

Will visiting bhu work out. What if they say everything is online. I m so confused
