As you haven't mentioned all your details like Category (ur,sc/st/obc,pwd) so considering your marks aspect you don't have to worry much because you are eligible for NEET.

The minimum aggregate of PCB should be as following:

Ur-50%, sc/st/obc- 40%, pwd-45%
