From your concern, I am assuming that you belong to general category .

First of all 85.96 percentile in jee mains may be not sufficient for qualifying for jee advanced according to last year trend and from the prediction of some good Institutes. And secondly even if you qualify for jee advanced you will be able to give jee advanced but it will not help you to take admission in IIT , NIT and NIT s .

But there is one chance I. E of top 20 percentile means if your 12th percentage is in top 20 percentile of your boards than you surely will be eligible.

But keeping in mind the first problem of qualifying for advanced i would suggest you to work for the July chance and do well.

Sorry, if your board percentage is below than 75%, you won't be able to appear for JEE Advanced. JEE has a minimum eligibility criteria of having at least 75% in class XII board examination (for General category).

May be you would be able to appear for JEE Advanced (As result for board might get postponed) but for admission into any college/university with your JEE scores and less than 75% marks in Board, you won't be allowed for admission.
