My brother got 11000 rank in st category. Is there any chance of getting nit seat??

Hello ,
With your mentioned rank your brother have a slim chance of getting non core branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Arunachal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Delhi etc) with his category rank. And with domicile quota you might get core branches as well.
