He can surely get NITs based on JEE Mains scores like NIT Raipur, Calicut, Silchar, Puducherry, Bhopal, Sringar, Nagaland, Arunachal pradesh, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Manipur.
Also IIITs like Sonepat, Una, Sricity.

Also he can surley convert Following colleges under jee advanced :

IIT Tirupati, Ponda, Ropar, Palakkad, dharwad, Jammu.

IIST Thiruvanthapuram, IIPE Vishakhapatnam, IISER Pune.
