As per previous years cutoff getting CSE,EcE is tough with this rank.

But he can get mechanical or civil easily with this rank.

Also he can get Eee is last round .But every cutoff changes as the level of the paper changes so there is no such certainty for this.

You can check previous years cutoff to get better idea.
