He has got very good percentile score in OBC category. He can get a good NIT college For him, it is better to give the first preference of NIT college from home state or he can give near by preferences also.

To get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs He has to register for JoSAA counseling. In JoSAA counselling, candidate's catagory rank will be considered for admission process.
