It is not possible to accurately determine the number of marks scored by a candidate in each subject . This is because JEE uses a percentile procedure which calculates ranks relative to all students . Percentile is a measure which states that the percent of student have gotten less marks than you in your shift .
Still giving a rough estimate , in chemistry it would be around 80 and around 50-60 for physics and mathematics
