Your brother have very good chances to get NIIT . Also he can get Cs in NIIT ,but not surely in the top Niits . Also you can suggest him to cgeck his college prediction by the given link below . But as i said , there are decent chances for him to get in NIIT . Also his state quota and other things will surely help . And CS is a bit difficult but ECE will be surely available.
