Hello..
Till now the NTA have not released any qualifying or cutoff percentile of JEE main2019 . They will release the cutoff percentile along with the result of the mains which is going to be held in April. So we request you to wait until the April to get the exact cutoff percentile.

Hello,
You haven't mentioned about which exam you are talking about.
Since you have tagged jee mains exam, considering it, jee mains doesnot consider the sub caste in jee mains exam.
But it takes overall as a obc in central list.
So as the official notification your qualifying marks for jee mains exam as per obc candidate would be less that 70 percentile.
Since the official didnot mentioned the cutoff for obc candidate you need to eaot for some time.
