EWS reservation is for those Candidates who belong to General Category. So it is not for Maratha Category. If you belong to Maratha Category, you can avail SEBC reservation. But to avail the benefits of EWS reservation, you have to be a general category candidate. But Maratha Community comes under BC Category. So for centre, you have to use OBC or OBC-NCL.

sorry, but you are wrong as maratha caste does not come under obc in center and sebc reservation is only for state so even maratha caste person can get ews certificate ....and i am so sure about this because i have got my ews certificate recently and i am maratha
