If you don't have your OBC NCL certificate with you right now then you have two options :-

• fill the self undertaking form for obc ncl and upload it, but you will have to submit the OBC certificate before the end of May 2021
• If you cannot submit the obc certificate before the end of May 2021 then you should choose general as your category

So, as you said that you can not get OBC certificate and then you should choose general category but in case if you manage to get your OBC certificate before the end of May 2021 then you should upload undertaking form right now and then later on submit the the OBC certificate.

Now that,
limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation, go through chapters first , major focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
