Hello Amna,
Congratulation on scoring such good marks in NEET 2019. With 1251 ST category rank you very high chances of securing seat in good medical college with all India quota. You might not get top most colleges like (AIIMS Delhi, Maulana Azad medical College, CMC), however you will surely get other decent government colleges.
You can also go fo top college in your state with state quota(85%).
