Sorry you can't be able to get admission in any nit or Government engineering College with this rank in sc category, but first of all you have to improve your board percentage. For sc category you need to score atleast 60% marks in board examination for quality in JEE mains.

So I suggest you to improve your board percentage for nit otherwise you can get admission in any private college.

           Jee Main is conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) every year for admission of students to NIT for engineering courses.

         But there are many colleges private and government and under state universities which except applications through jee main score. 

   Thus, you may apply for the college and course of your choice  using you JEE MAIN score
