It is 6.5 for General Category, or 60% for OC/OB and 6.0 for SC/ST/PWD/. You haven't mentioned your Category. So if you belong to General Category, unfortunately you are not eligible. But if you belong to OB/OC.SC/ST/PWD, you are eligible for CCMT 2020.
