my cgpa is 6.20 and my college conversion for cgpa to percentage is 10 can i apply for ccmt based on 62%?

According to https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/ccmt-eligibility-criteria To be eligible for CCMT, Candidates should have completed their qualifying graduation from a recognised University with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale. It is 6.5 for General Category, or 60% for OC/OB and 6.0 for SC/ST/PWD/. You haven't mentioned your Category. So if you belong to General Category, unfortunately you are not eligible. But if you belong to OB/OC.SC/ST/PWD, you are eligible for CCMT 2020.
