If you have a very weak chemistry (10+2 level) then reading NCERT book will be a great choice for you, in order to understand the topic very easily. After that to make some problem solving skills consider the books such as-

PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY by OP TANDON
ORGANIC CHEMISTRY BY MS CHAUHAN
INORGANIC CHEMISTRY BY OP TANDON
