Maybe or maybe not with a rank near to 30k it can't be predicted for sure that you'll get a seat in bmsit or not but you ll get a seat in some colleges which are good,  don't stop, try your luck maybe you get one in spot.

Hope you are doing well. You can get a seat in bms Institute Of Technology and Management  but not for the branches like CSE or ECE or IT. In BMS Institute Of Technology, you can get either Civil or Telecommunication Engineering. You can go for Dayanand College of Engineering as well. Even that is a good college. You will have more opportunities in Dayanand Sagar for branches like Civil, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Automation, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering and so on. These observations are based on Previous year cutoff ranks after second round of seat allotment. Hope this helps you.
