In comparing top 10 colleges with other colleges, top 10 always have an upper hand. Ece from a good college usually get good placement packages. CS/IT are good branches when it comes to placements but in some cases ece placements can even exceed them. So I think opting for ece in a college among the top 10 is a better option. Ps- if you find more interest in cse or it, then you can opt for them.
