Yes, you will definitely get ECE in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering. Even in 1st counseling.

The cutoff is around 4710 and you are under it. 

And if you attend second counselling you can get a call from:

• J.S.S. Mahavidyapeetha JSS Science & Technology University for ECE
• NIE Institute of Technology for ECE

These two are the best colleges even they come before Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering in terms of ranking.
