Hello,

If you belong to OBC-NCL you may get seat in Fashion designing in the following NIFTs based on 2019 cut off

NIFT, Kannur
NIFT, Patna
NIFT, Shillong
NIFT, Kangra
NIFT, Jodhpur
NIFT, Bhubaneshwar
NIFT, Raebareli

But if you belong to OBC-CL then you may not get seat in any NIFT.Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc.
