Hello student I'm sorry to inform you but no you can't correct any information in Neet application form as NTA closed neet correction window on 20 July 2020. Yes it might create problems in future to access your application if you forget your DOB or Application Number.

NEET eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.
