To be very honest the marks scored by your cousin is very low . Although the management quota seats are filled differently.

Cut offs are released and If in the end the seat remain vacant in any college they take admission to students with lower marks as well. So I will suggest you to wait till the end rounds of Hyderabad. If seats remain vacant she might get a seat.
