First let me give you a clarification that from the year 2017 admission in mbbs colleges are done only on NEET score.

Via eamcet you can get admissions in courses like BVSC, BSc agriculture, BFSC, B pharmacy, Pharm- D etc.

Based on score and category of your cousin, the chance of her to get admission in Bsc agriculture are pretty good. So I would recommmend her to participate in counselling and try her luck.
