At AIR 121211 and being a general Category Aspirant, I dont think you will secure any seat in either of JOSAA or CSAB Counselling Rounds in CSE, which is your preferred branch.

Of course, you can try for State Counselling and I believe you have a higher chance there of securing a CS/IT or other Circuital Branch.

Besides State and Central Givernmemt Institutes, there are certain eminent Private institute like TIET, Patiala, which accept JEE Score for admission process.Do keep a check on them. All the best.
