Hi Garima,I am sorry to say but with 138605 CRL rank, you don't have a chance to get into IGDTUW Delhi, if you don't have any other reservation like Kashmere migrant or defence category.Since the branch with the highest cutoff was mechanical which closed at 76k for Delhi region and 26k for the outside Delhi region.So, you don't have a chance there.Hope it would help.Best of Luck.
