It is quite difficult to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in an NIT with the given rank. Cut off is different for each institute and branch. To secure admission in to an NIT you need to secure a rank under 28000. Here is the cut off for few NITs for admission to Computer Science Engineering under general-other state category

• Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal: 6509
• National Institute of Technology Puducherry: 15467
• National Institute of Technology, Manipur: 28003

The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

As you do not have chances to get admission in to an NIT you may apply for state counselling like UPCET, MHT CET, MP BE etc in order to get admission based on your JEE Main score.
