With this rank, it difficult to get into NITs or IIITs. In JOSAA Councelling, you should go for GFTIs. You would get some GFTIs in special round if cutoff remains lower than previous years.  I would advise you to go for UP State Level Councelling. In that you could get some government colleges with branches like EEE, ECE, Mechanical etc.
