Getting CSE in the top 7 IITs is very difficult, but you may get electrical engineering definitely. You have to choose which college you want and upload the preference list according to the course and the college that you want. And you will be allotted one of the seats according to the cut-offs. All the best. Hope you get the college with the course that you want.
