Yes there may be chances that you can grab a seat in IGDTUW but the cutoff is still not released so you have to wait for it to be released and you may go for sopt counselling in which you can have a good chances of getting a seat in IGDTUW.

You can keep yourself up to date for the cutoff and can get a rough idea about it
