It will be around 196–198.

It will be very tough for cbse students to get above 194. I had a 194 and barely got IT at SSN (I later took cse in management quota)

I recommend you to apply for management quota , cbse students have better chances of getting CSE and ece with management quota.

Also don't take ece unless you have deep interest. It's a really tough course.
