Considering your rank, there are very less chances that you can make into Government colleges or even medium tier private colleges. But you should not lose hope and try for any private college you can get as there are many these days. I am sure you'll get admission in a private college but don't wait for counselling procedures as they would eat away your time. Directly go to the college and ask for the management quota seats.
