Hello Vikram,

You cannot change your date of birth after issuance of admit card. Essential personal details like name, date of birth, place of residence etc cannot be changed even during correction window. 

What you can do now is drop a letter to the exam conducting body and also keep the colleges updated in which you would be applying using your NEET scores.
