To be eligible to give NEET candidates should have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2022. You are still 17 years so you are eligible to give NEET 2022. Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board to be eligible to give NEET. National Testing Agency is the competent authority to release the NEET 2022 eligibility criteria for all medical aspiring candidates.

And you fulfill this criteria  with your date of birth on 21st january 2005  as
you will be 17 years old on 21st  January 2022  itself i. e you will be 17 years old before 31st December 2022 and thus eligible for Neet 2022 examination with your date of birth

Also,

To be eligible you must pass in English and in both the theory and practical  of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology individually with at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if belong to general category , or   at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st
