Hello Sirisha,

The second list of seat allotments has already been announced. You can still apply for the third round of counselling, as there is a chance of your daughter securing a seat for herself since her rank is in the 4000s. The PDF of the second list of allotments is available on multiple websites. You can check them for your preferred college to grasp an idea of the average rank of students.
