Your daughter will get domicile certificate of where she resides. It doesn't matters from where you have pursued your 12th but domicile certificate is issued for state where you have permanent residence, you'll not get domicile quota on any other basis. In your state you are eligible to apply for 85% quota in government colleges as well as private. However for other states you are not eligible for the government colleges in those states but they might allow you to apply for private colleges in their state. So, she'll receive domicile certificate of the state where she resides permanently.
