The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exact. As per the previous year cutoff you have less chances to get a seat in All India Quota 15% seats but you can have the have the chances for state quota seats in the colleges Government Medical College, Latur,  Government Medical College, Akola, Shri Vasant Rao Naik Govt. Medical College, Yavatmal etc.

Answering your question, government medical college will not be possible to grab. But do not lose hope and you can always try for the private colleges. 

Probably not but it will depend on the cuttof this year. You will get a good private college though so look out for those.
