Sir. There is not much difference between cut off merit of OBC and General category especially in Rajasthan State.
There is low chance for MBBS Seat in Government college with 490 marks.
So it will be advised to check last year merit list.
There is 3rd round is physical counselling, so hope for that round.
Otherwise rethink on strategy. ...

Have chances of getting admission in govt. Medical college as your daughter will get 490/720 plus you are belonged to obc category that is also help too.
