Your daughter might get biotechnology, but I can't be sure in which campus. The seats in biotechnology are very less so the probability is quite less but it is possible. 

So, i would better advice to fill it in her preference list but keep searching for alternate options aswell. However, the couselling process is quite unpredictable so nothing can be said with 100% accuracy.

I appeared for PESSAT last year and as far as I know they only call first 5000 rankers for 1st round of counselling. In the 2nd round,your daughter surely has a good chance considering that she wants to take Biotech course.
