Hello. 89.02 percentile is a decent percentile but it is hard to tell exactly whether she will be able to qualify or not because it would depend on the no. of students appearing in the April exam. As of now you can calculate the rank (approx.) by-
Rank=(total number of students -(percentile*0.01*number of students))
Tot. no. of students= 9.65 lakhs
Remember that this is not the exact rank as NTA will be declaring the overall merit list on April from the best of two attempts in Jan and April. Then the percentile may change there too because percentile is totally dependent on no. of students appearing and no. of students who scored equal or below than you.
I would recommend to give the April exam and try to score more to increase your percentile.
