As the official answer Key is released along with it your omr sheet is uploaded too. You can download both your omr and official answer key from NTA official website. If you find any answer is given wrong in the official answer key then you can file an objection with all the proofs attached to it.

It happens, when we write any exam you become extra cautious, so you do such mistakes which is absolutely fine.
