my daughter is an OCI, but she was born in Kerala, and she has been studying in kerala for the last 5 years (10th and 12th in kerala). Is she eligible for the state quota seats in medical colleges

Hi,

Well if she has completed her high school in Kerela then I think she will be able to take benefits of state quota seats. Some states allow you to be domiciled if you have permanent residence in that state and ither states ask you to have completed your class 10th and 12th from that state to be eligible.
