Candidates from AP, J&K and Telengana are NOT eligible for the 15% AIQ seats . They are only eligible for their state quota and for the seats in private medical colleges.

AP students can apply for Telengana state counselling. Since it's not more than 10 years AP and Telengana are separated , you can apply for both AP and Telengana counselling.
