You have mentioned that your daughter is getting around 128 in MHT CET. Now although the rank and the percentile depends on a number of factors like difficulty level of the questions and number of students etc., I will try to predict this using previous year data.
As per last year data, your rank will most likely be between 5274 and 6274.
So you can safely assume a percentile in the range of 96-98%.
