i got 80 percentile in mht cet 2020 which college mentioned down will be good for me for future placement easily plz tell me i should take in (1) THAKUR COLLEGE , KANDIVALI = Mechanical engineering or (2) USHA MITTAL SNDT WOMEN COLLEGES = information technology which will be good for me plz tell
Thakur College of Engineering and Technology was founded in 2001 in Mumbai. The Institute offers 6 UG, 3 PG, and Ph.D. (Technology) programs, these include B.E.
Usha Mittal Institute of Technology (UMIT) is an engineering college in Mumbai. The institute offered a four-year bachelor's degree course in Computer Science and Technology, Electronics and Communications and Information Technology.
As per the placement record and faculty is concerned the Thakur College of Engineering and Technology in mechanical engineering is a better option than UMIT IT.
i got 80 percentile in mht cet 2020 which college in Thakur College ,Kandivali= MECHANICAL ENGINEERING or Usha mittal women college = INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY which will be good for future placement which college plz tell me
As per your percentile it is not possible to get thakur college kandivali as the cut off for mechanical branch is too high as your percentile is considered and information technology in women's college can be chosen with this percentile if you are category student.
But coming to placements thakur college is undoubtedly better than this college .
For more information check out this link-
if i get collage ;x with branch x1 in cap round 1 of mht cet 2020 and i want other collage but i dont want to loosebthe claim on my collage x and branch x1 so what should i do
If you are pretty much satisfied with your college x, then just go for the freeze option and lock your seat entirely.
But as you mentioned, that you are also interested in other colleges in for the rounds you can either go for float or slide option. The float option will provide you a chance for other colleges in different streams, where is the float option will provide you chances in different strains of the same college x.
Take your decision carefully!!
Have a good day.

KJ Somaiya Sion or VESIT best for EXTC
KJ Somaiya is a autonomous college while VESIT is affiliated by the Mumbai University. both are great institutions. But if you are inclined towards sports and other activities, go with KJ Somaiya. If your marks are good, put KJ Somaiya above VESIT.Also note that fees for KJ Somaiya is much higher than that for VESIT.
