It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances for any particular college because the cut-offs keep on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-

*** number of candidates appeared in NEET UG

*** difficulty level of the paper

*** top score for NEET UG

*** total number of seats available for admission and so on

But according to the previous year's data, on such marks and category she has no chances for any of the AIIMS because for General category the cut-off goes above 640-650 out of 720 marks in NEET UG.
