Company Secretary course can be purused by any stream including science. Students have to undergo 3 stages to pursue CS, I.e, Foundation program, Executive Program and Professional program. Since your daugter is currently in 12th std, she has to register in the foundation program. Exams are held twice a year, i.e in January and December.

Yes, your daughter can pursue Company Secretary being a Science background student.

There are three stages of this course and they are foundation, executive and professional program. The candidates from any stream can pursue this course. The students from science background are eligible to write the foundation exam.
