Whether your daughter has qualified jee mains and is eligible for jee advance or not will depend upon whether she has crossed the cutoff marks declared by NTA officially. This cutoff will be different for different categories of students. As of now, the cutoff have not been declared and reportedly will be declared after the jee mains exam in April. So better wait for official results.

For approximately determining the rank the formula is:

JEE Main 2019 rank= (100- NTA percentile score ) X 874469 /100

So your daughter's rank is approximately 150609

Yes,on the basis of the official notification she can qualify the jee mains exam.
Though,it may change later,so please wait for the official results.
But according to my knowledge she has a good chances to get qualify the mains exam.
