First she should complete her Bachelor's degree in any Commerce stream which has Economics as a subject. Later, she should complete her MA in Economics. Then she will be eligible to write UGC NET for position as an Assistant Professor or Professor in colleges. If she wants she also can do her Ph.D in Economics and work as a Professor.
