I would like to share my opinion in this query. It all depends on the validity of the documents that you have for domicile. So if you have an original domicile certificate from any of the places your daughter has lived, you can apply for the same state quota. This simple means that the state which you have filled for home state quota, if you have the domicile certificate, then you are eligible for it.
